1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to answer your inquiries and deliver our programs. This includes:

• Contact information you submit through our forms: name, email, phone number, company name and message content.
• Program information if you enroll in a paid program: billing name and address, and — via our payment processor — the last four digits of your payment card. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical information automatically collected when you visit our site: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring URL. This is standard server-log information.
• Cookie information — see section 5 below and our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your questions and requests
• Deliver programs and resources you have signed up for
• Send you occasional newsletters (only if you have opted in — every email includes an unsubscribe link)
• Improve our website, programs and communications
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting recordkeeping

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

• Service providers that help us operate: our email host, our payment processor (Stripe), and our website analytics provider. Each is contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
• Legal authorities when we are required by law, subpoena, or a lawful court order.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. You control these through the cookie banner on your first visit and at any time via our Cookie Policy page.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep contact and program information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus the period required by U.S. tax and accounting law (typically seven years for financial records). Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, after which their email is removed from the list within 30 days.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at gary@womenincomex.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Residents of California may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. Residents of the EU / UK may have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR. We honor all such requests regardless of your location.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults engaged in business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please email us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted databases and access controls to protect your information. No online service is 100% secure — but we treat your data with the same care we would treat a client's contract file.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be communicated by email to program members.
