For Buyers
Independent retailers — this is for you.

Two existing buyers per supplier, willing to take your call.
No exclusivity, no contracts
You're free to source elsewhere, anytime. That's the point.

Onboarding
Five steps, two to three weeks.
01
Send a short note
Use the contact form or call. Tell us your store, your categories, and the gap you're trying to fill.
02
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on the phone with Amy or Janelle. We ask about your price points, your customers, your shipping setup.
03
Candidate brief
Within 7–10 business days you get a written brief with 4–6 supplier candidates and our notes on each one.
04
Samples + intros
We coordinate samples and introduce you to the suppliers you want to talk to. You make the final call.
05
First-order support
We stay on the line through your first PO — tax certs, freight, the works. After that, you've got our number.
Common questions
Asked by every new buyer.
- Is this really free for buyers?
- Yes. We're paid by suppliers on confirmed first orders. You'll never see an invoice from us.
- Do you only work with stores in New York?
- No. Most of our buyers are in NY, PA, VT, and MA, but we'll take a call from anywhere in the continental US. Some of our best long-running buyers are in Ohio and Maryland.
- What's a typical first-order size?
- We see anywhere from $400 (a single SKU sample run) to $8,000 (a category reset). Most fall between $1,200 and $3,500.
- What if a placement doesn't work out?
- Tell us. We'll quietly drop that supplier from rotation and try a different angle. Our job is your shelf, not their pipeline.
