How long we keep it
Contact-form messages: up to 24 months. Buyer and supplier account records: as long as the account is active, plus the period our tax and corporate-records obligations require (typically 7 years in New York). You can ask us to delete records sooner where law allows.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@womenincomex.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're a California or EU resident, the same applies — write in plain English and we'll handle it.
Children
This is a B2B site. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor sent us information, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We update this page when we change a real practice. We don't rewrite it for cosmetics. The "Last updated" date at the top changes when the substance does.
