These Terms govern your use of https://womenincomex.com and any sourcing, vetting, or brokerage services provided by Wholesale Industrial Commerce Exchange ("WICE," "we," "us"). By using the site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

What we do — and what we don't
We connect independent retail buyers with vetted American wholesalers and manufacturers. We help with sourcing, supplier vetting, catalog introductions, trade-show prep, private-label inquiries, and logistics coordination. We are a broker — we do not take title to inventory and we are not a party to the supply agreement between buyer and supplier unless a separate written contract says so.
Eligibility
Our services are for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent. We may decline service to anyone for any lawful reason.
Your account and information
Keep your account information accurate and up to date. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Fees
Fees for membership, sourcing engagements, and private-label projects are quoted in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are net-15 from the invoice date. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by New York law, whichever is lower.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the site to break the law.
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the site.
- Don't misrepresent your business, your inventory, or your credentials.
- Don't ask us to source items we won't broker — firearms, ammunition, controlled substances, tobacco/vape, gambling devices, adult products, or anything else our written policy excludes.
Intellectual property
The site, our written guides, photographs, and the WICE name are owned by Amy Burdick. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish full pages or use our marks to imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
We work hard to vet the suppliers we recommend, but every commercial transaction carries risk. The site and our recommendations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You're responsible for your own purchase decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost inventory value, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Steuben County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make a material change we'll post a notice on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
