Directories list whoever signs up. We don't. Every supplier in our rotation is one we've personally worked with, sample-ordered from, and called references on. The trade-off: our network is smaller. The upside: when we send you a name, it's a name we'll back up.
No. Buyer accounts are free. We're paid by suppliers on confirmed first orders — typically 6–8% of that PO, one time only.
Most of our buyers are within a 5-hour drive of Canisteo, but we'll take a call from anywhere in the continental US. Our network is strongest in NY, PA, VT, MA, and OH.
We don't source food-service equipment, alcohol, regulated supplements, firearms, automotive, electronics, or anything requiring FDA-regulated cold-chain logistics. If your category isn't a fit we'll tell you on the first call and try to refer you to someone better suited.
From the discovery call to a written candidate brief, usually 7–10 business days. Sample coordination adds another 1–3 weeks depending on the supplier.
Tell us. We drop them from rotation and look at the brief again. Your first-order experience determines whether a supplier stays in our network, period.
Yes. We can put you on the phone with two existing buyer accounts before you commit to a discovery call. Ask.
No. Our network is exclusively US-based makers and wholesalers. Domestic sourcing is the whole point of our model.
Visit our For Suppliers page or write to us directly. We review every line sheet that comes in, usually within five business days.
Yes, for makers in categories we already serve. We rep at NY NOW (winter and summer), the Buyers Market in Philadelphia, and select regional Cash & Carry markets. Booking is first-come within a calendar.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (basically: what you tell us) and what we don't (no third-party trackers, no resale of your information, ever). Suppliers see only the buyer information you authorize.
